OVERVIEW
FoodDash is a three-sided delivery marketplace: a customer app for ordering, a courier app with live navigation, and a merchant dashboard for menus and orders. Built once, working three ways, always in sync.
THE PROBLEM
Delivery apps live or die on perceived speed. Orders bounce between customer, kitchen and courier — and any lag or stale state shows up as a support ticket. The app also had to survive flaky mobile networks.
WHAT I BUILT
Every tap responds instantly and settles up with the server in the background. Order updates reach customer, kitchen and courier the moment they happen — and anything done offline replays the second the signal returns.
